  • All service fees paid are strictly non-refundable, regardless of the outcome or any change in the client’s circumstances.
  • The amount paid by the client is against the outstanding service retainer for visa consulting and processing services.
  • All payments are subject to realization. Services will only commence upon confirmation of successful payment receipt in eVisaPro’s official corporate account.
  • Clients are required to make all service charge payments exclusively to eVisaPro’s designated corporate bank account.eVisaPro shall not be held liable for any payments made to an individual or personal account.
  • The issuance of a visa is at the sole discretion of the respective embassy or competent authority. eVisaPro does not guarantee visa approval under any circumstances. Our responsibility is limited to providing expert guidance, document preparation, and submitting the application based on the best industry practices and expertise.
